There's so little Petit Verdot planted in Oregon, I'm always happily surprised to find one. Especially one with aromas of blackberries and burgers cooking over a wood-fired grill. The complex flavors of this medium-bodied wine run the range from black cherries to orange-pekoe tea to spicy cloves. It offers gentle acidity, with silky tannins. ~~ Michael Alberty Wine Enthusiast
