2008 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon $35

A big, dense, chewy cab with aromas of ripe red cherry, toasty oak and a hint of fresh-picked spearmint.  Flavors of red currant, sweet oak and a touch of cocoa lead to a long, lingering, fine-grained tannin finish.

2009 Syrah $25

A very big, rich Syrah with a nose of ripe plum, spice and black tea, followed by a massive palate of dark black cherry and toasted oak on a surprisingly supple, spicy finish.

2009 Petite Syrah $30

A thick, chewy, very full bodied Petite with aromas of black cherry, red plum and white pepper. Intense flavors of rich, ripe blackberry, black currant and spice linger on a massive tannic finish that goes on and on.

2006 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon $50

A deep, dark, ripe Cabernet Sauvignon, with sweet vanilla, spice and blackberry aromas, followed by intense black currant, cassis and ripe cherry fruit.  Rich, ripe tannins and mocha-scented oak lead to a lingering hedonistic cocoa and cherry-laced finish.

2005 Estate Cabernet Sauvignon $40

A rustic, old-world style Cabernet Sauvignon from gnarly old own-rooted dry-farmed vines, showing dark, dusty cocoa over concentrated ripe black cherry and blackberry flavors, finishing with firm, chewy tannins.  Bring on the red meat!

2008 Claret $25

A thick, chewy full-bodied blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Malbec and Carmenere.  Aromas of black cherry and smoky oak give way to flavors of blackberry, red plum, cassis and subtle dark cocoa, with a very long, fine-grained tannin finish.
